Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 11
(1)
The appointment of any member of the Commission may, at any time, be revoked by the Prime Minister, if necessary in the interest of the effective and economical performance of the functions of the Commission.
(2)
The revocation of appointment under subsection (1) shall be supported with reason in writing.
(3)
Any member of the Commission may, at any time, resign his office by a written notice addressed to the Prime Minister.
