10. Amendment of section 31l

Subsection 31l(4) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by substituting for the words “The Audit Oversight Board shall” the words “The Commission shall”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “a balance sheet” the words

“the statement of accounts”.
