23. Amendment of section 31zb

Section 31zb of the principal Act is amended—

in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “subsection 31p(1)” the words “or (1a)”; and

in subsection (5), by inserting after the words “subsection 31p(1)” the words “or (1a)”.
