Section 7
(1)
Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Commission shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term of two years.
(2)
A member of the Commission shall be eligible for reappointment but no member shall hold office for more than three terms.
(3)
This section shall not apply to the Chief Executive Officer.
