Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1)
The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of any member of the Commission, other than the Chief Executive Officer, without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(2)
A member of the Commission, other than the Chief Executive
Officer, may, at any time, resign from his appointment by giving a notice in writing to the Minister.
