Section 106
(1)
Unless the Authority otherwise directs, the register of members of a Labuan company shall be kept at the registered office of the company and shall be open for the inspection of any member without charge.
(2)
Every Labuan company shall, within one month after the register is first kept at a place other than the registered office of the company, lodge with the Authority notice of the place where the register is kept and shall, within one month after any change in the place at which the register is kept, lodge with the Authority notice of the change.
