Section 130

Notwithstanding any other provision in this Part, a foreign company registered under the Companies Act 2016 and licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 and the Islamic Financial

Services Act 2013, as the case may be, may be registered under this

Part as a foreign Labuan company, and upon its registration the provisions of this Part shall apply accordingly to the company.
