(2)
The Minister may, by notice in writing, order that any foreign
Labuan company be restricted from carrying on any specified
Labuan Companies 145
business in Labuan and may, by notice in writing, impose conditions subject to which any specified business may be carried on by a foreign Labuan company in Labuan.
