Section 130Q
(1)
The incorporation or conversion of a Labuan company or a foreign Labuan company as a Labuan protected cell company shall be made by filing the company’s memorandum and articles or amended memorandum or articles under this Part, accompanied by—
(a)
a certified copy of the approval of the Authority granted under section 130P;
(b)
all such documents and information as are required for the registration or conversion of the memorandum and articles of a Labuan company or foreign Labuan company as a
Labuan protected cell company required under this Act; and
(c)
the prescribed fee.
