Section 130U

contain, in relation to each shareholder, a sufficient indication to enable the account of that shareholder to be readily found;

specify the particular cell or cells to which an account or accounts of that shareholder relate;

be readily searchable by reference to the account of the shareholder or by reference to a cell;

be kept at all times at the same place as the register of shareholders; and

be altered when any alteration is made to the register of shareholders.

The provisions of section 106 in respect of inspection of register of shareholders shall apply to this Part.
