Section 19
(1)
Subject to this Act and any written law in Labuan on financial services, a Labuan company shall have full capacity, rights, powers and privileges to carry on or undertake any business or activity, do any act, or enter into any transaction.
(2)
The memorandum and articles of a Labuan company may contain a provision relating to the limited capacity, rights, powers or privileges of the company.
