(2)
Where an alteration is made in the memorandum or articles of a Labuan company, a copy of the memorandum or articles shall not be issued by the company after the date of alteration unless —
(a)
the copy is in accordance with the alteration; or
(b)
a printed copy of the resolution making the alteration is annexed to the copy of the memorandum or articles and the particular clauses or articles affected are indicated in ink.
(3)
If default is made in complying with this section, the Labuan company and every officer of the company who is in default commits an offence under this Act.
Penalty: Ten thousand ringgit *and default penalty of five hundred ringgit.
