Notice of creation and satisfaction of charge

Section 84
(1)
Every Labuan company or foreign Labuan company shall, within one month after the creation of each charge, lodge a statement of the prescribed particulars with the Authority, and within one month after such charge is satisfied or released, lodge a notice in the prescribed form with the Authority.
(2)
If default is made in complying with this section, the Labuan company or foreign Labuan company and every officer of the company who is in default commits an offence under this Act.
Penalty: *Fifty thousand ringgit. Default penalty.
