Power of Minister on appeals

Section 42
(1)
The Minister, on an appeal being made to him under section 41, may confirm, revoke or vary the decision of the
Corporation under section 34 or 37.
(2)
The Minister shall communicate his decision in writing to the person making the appeal and to the Corporation through the
Chief Executive.
Decision of Minister on appeals 43.
The decision of the Minister on an appeal shall be final.
