Application for approval of training programmes

Section 45
(1)
A skills training provider registered under section 34 may apply to the Corporation to have any of its training programmes approved under section 44.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) shall be made to the
Chief Executive and accompanied by such information and documents as may be determined by the Corporation.
