Change of training provider or programme

Section 50
(1)
The Chief Executive may approve any application for change of training provider or training programme by a trainee.
(2)
An application for the change of training provider or training programme shall be made to the Chief Executive in such form as may be determined by the Corporation.
(3)
Every application shall be accompanied with—
(a)
such documents and information as may be determined by the Chief Executive; and
(b)
such fees, if any, as may be determined by the Corporation.
