(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words
“Skills training loan” the words “and skills training financial assistance”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “skills training loan” the words “or skills training financial assistance”; and
(c)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “loan agreement” the words “skills training loan and skills training financial assistance agreement”.
