21. Amendment of section 45

Section 45 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words

“for approval of training programmes” the words

“in relation to approved skills training programmes”;

and

(b)

in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “its training programmes” the words “its skills training programmes or other training programmes”.
