Section 14
(1)
Where a dispute in regard to an anomaly exists, and the anomaly has not been resolved under section 11, the Tribunal shall investigate the circumstances of the anomaly referred to it, and make a decision thereon.
(2)
In making a decision in respect of an anomaly the Tribunal shall have regard to the national interest, the financial implications and the effect of the decision on the economy of the country. (3)
