Section 23
(1)
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may make rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
(2)
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may add to, delete from, or otherwise amend or vary the Schedule in any manner he deems fit.
