Section 11
(1)
All disciplinary actions which are pending under subsection 15(7) of the principal Act in relation to matters referred to in paragraphs 15(1)(a) and 15(5)(a) of the principal Act against any student of the University shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be discontinued.
(2)
All actions which are pending under section 16 of the principal Act in relation to matters referred to in paragraph 15(5)(a)
of the principal Act against any organization, body or group of students of the University shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be discontinued.
