(a)
any premises has been used or are about to be used for;
or
(b)
there is in any premises evidence necessary to the conduct of an investigation into, the commission of an offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, the Magistrate may issue a warrant authorizing the enforcement officer or police officer named therein, at any reasonable time by day or by night and with or without assistance, to enter the premises, if need be by force.
(2)
A warrant issued under subsection (1) may authorize the enforcement officer or police officer to search the premises for, and to seize and remove from the premises—
(a)
any object, material, book, document or other thing in respect of which an offence has or is suspected to have been committed; and
(b)
any object, material, book, document or other thing that is reasonably believed to furnish evidence of the commission of the offence.
(3)
An enforcement officer or a police officer acting under subsection (1) or (2) may—
(a)
break open any outer or inner door of the premises or any fence, enclosure, gate or other obstruction to the premises, in order to effect entry into the premises;

(b)
remove by force any obstruction to entry, search, seizure or removal as he is empowered to effect under subsection
(1)
or (2); and
(c)
detain every person found in the premises until the search has been completed.
