Seizure of thing, etc.
Without prejudice to subsection 100(2) and section 101, any object, material, book, document or other thing that an enforcement officer or a police officer reasonably suspects has been used or will be used in the commission of any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act may be seized and detained by the enforcement officer or police officer.
