Section 113

Any person who destroys, damages, disfigures, disposes or alters a tangible cultural heritage, without a permit issued by the

Commissioner commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to both.
