Section 114
(1)
No person shall, without the written approval of the
Commissioner, transfer, demolish, remove, alter, renovate, export, add to or deal with any National Heritage except in case of urgent and immediate necessity for the safety of persons or property.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to both.
