Section 122

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the

Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioners, authorized officers, enforcement officers, any member of the Council or the committee, any member of the staff or agent of the

Commissioner or the Council in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by it or by him, as the case may be, in such capacity.
