Works permitted during an Interim Protection Order

(1)
Any person affected by the Interim Protection Order may apply to the Commissioner to carry out any work or activities on the site.
(2)
Upon receipt of an application the Commissioner may approve any reasonable work or activities on the site provided that the proposed work or activities do not reduce or affect the cultural heritage significance of the site.
(3)
An approval under subsection (2) may be subject to such conditions as the Commissioner may impose.
(4)
Any person who fails to comply with conditions imposed under subsection (2) commits an offence.
