Section 30
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by an order made against him by the Council in the exercise of its disciplinary authority may, within thirty days from the date of the making of the order, appeal to the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may, in considering an appeal under subsection (1), confirm, reverse or vary the order appealed against, and the decision of the Minister shall be final.
