Section 14
(1)
The Director of Allied Health Sciences Division who is responsible for the services of the professions of allied health shall be the Registrar.
(2)
The Minister may appoint from amongst registered practitioners in the Ministry of Health to be the Deputy Registrar to carry out the functions of the Registrar in his absence or during the vacancy of his office.
(3)
The Registrar shall have the following functions:
(a)
the issuance of certificates; and
(b)
the maintenance of the Register.
