(1)
Where any seizure is made under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment, the enforcement officer making the seizure shall prepare a list of any animal, carcass, conveyance, substance, document, computerized data or other thing seized and of the place in which the animal, carcass, conveyance, substance, document, computerized data or other thing is found and shall sign the list.
(2)
The list prepared in accordance with subsection (1) shall be delivered immediately to -
(a)
the occupier of the premises where the animal, carcass, conveyance, substance, document, computerized data or other thing seized is found; or
(b)
the person in control or in charge of the conveyance, if the seizure is made under section 31.
(3)
Where the seizure is made in or from any premises which is unoccupied, the enforcement shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously at or on the premises.
