Section 40

Any person who, without lawful excuse, obstructs or impedes or assists in obstructing or impeding any enforcement officer in the exercise of his duty under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
