Inspection of stud bulls

Section 59
(1)

The State Director may at any time require the owner of a stud bull to produce such bull for inspection and may, at his discretion, withdraw the exemption granted in respect of such bull under section 56.

(2)

The entry in the register of stud bulls relating to such bull together with the licence shall upon the withdrawal of the exemption be cancelled.
