Licence to be produced on demand

Section 61
(1)
The owner of a stud bull shall produce or cause to be produced the licence relating to such bull at the place where the bull is kept upon being required to do so by any of the following:

(a)
a veterinary authority not below the rank of Assistant
Veterinary Officer;
(b)
a Police Officer not below the rank of Inspector;
(c)
the person in charge of a cow about to be served by such bull.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.
