Hearings by electronic means

Section 33
(1)
The Tribunal may conduct hearings wholly or partly by electronic means if the Tribunal considers it is appropriate to do so.
(2)
Where a hearing is conducted by electronic means, the
Tribunal shall take all reasonable steps to ensure—
(a)
the privacy and protection of any child involved;
(b)
the confidentiality of information; and
(c)
the parties have a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
