Notice of complaint of bully

Section 34
(1)
Upon a complaint of bully being lodged under section 32, the Secretary to the Tribunal shall give a written notice in the prescribed form to the complainant and the respondent of the details of the day, time and place of the hearing.

(2)
Where a party to the proceedings is a child, the written notice in subsection (1) shall also be given to the child’s parent or guardian.
