Failing to carry out duty to remove publication containing fake news
(2)
Any person who fails to carry out the duty under subsection (1)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
