Appointment of midshipman and officer cadets

Section 10

(1)

A person may be appointed by the Armed Forces Council as a midshipman or officer cadet for an indefinite term of service or for a fixed term of service.

(2)

A person under the age of seventeen and a half years shall not be appointed as a midshipman or officer cadet without written consent of his parents or of his guardian.
