Section 168
(1)
It is hereby declared for the avoidance of doubt that the Armed
Forces Council with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong may

make regulations providing for the persons, being members of the armed forces, in whom command over the armed forces or any part or members thereof, is to be vested and as to the circumstances in which such command as aforesaid is to be exercised.
(2)
In relation to members of the armed forces when in aircraft, the foregoing subsection shall have effect as if references to members of the armed forces include references to any person in command of an aircraft.
(3)
Nothing in this section shall affect any power vested in the
Yang di-Pertuan Agong by any other written law.
