Section 10
(1)
Every licensed dealer and licensed repairer shall affix and maintain in a conspicuous position outside the door of his shop or place of business a board bearing the words “Licensed to Deal in and to
Repair Arms and Ammunition” or “Licensed to Deal in Arms and
Ammunition” or “Licensed to Repair Arms and Ammunition”, as the case may be, distinctly printed in letters not less than two inches high.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit.
