Section 23
(1)

Any person who contravenes subsection 15(1) or 19(1) shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to both.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection 15(3), section 16, 17 or 20 shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit.
