Section 37

The Government of Malaysia, the appropriate authority or any public officer acting under this Act shall not be liable to indemnify any person who has suffered any damage to or loss of property resulting from any entry, search or seizure under this Act unless the damage or loss shall have been caused by the wilful neglect or wilful default of the appropriate authority or public officer.
