Section 38
(1)
Any radioactive material, nuclear material, prescribed substance, irradiating apparatus or radioactive waste in respect of which an offence under this Act is committed, or any book, document or conveyance connected with such offence, is liable to forfeiture.

(2)
Anything ordered to be forfeited under this Act shall be disposed of in such manner as the appropriate authority may direct.
