Section 4
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, there shall be a Board of
Directors of the Bank, constituted in accordance with paragraph 1 of the First Schedule.
(2)
The Board shall be responsible for carrying out the functions and powers, and the general administration of the affairs and business, of the Bank.
