16. Facilities for staff

In pursuance of its objects, the Bank may provide for its staff educational and welfare facilities, including—

(a)

scholarship and other financial assistance for persons employed or likely to be employed by it; and

(b)

provide houses, hostels, clubs and other educational and recreational facilities.
