Part IV · Officers and Employees of the Bank

14. Officers and employees

(1)

The Bank may appoint such officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the efficient conduct of the business of the Bank.

(2)

Officers and employees of the Bank shall hold office for such period, receive such salaries and allowances and be subject to such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the Board and approved by the Minister.
