other investment authorized by or under the Trustee Act 1949 [Act 208];

loans and advances to customers for such purposes as may be approved by the Board; and

other securities and investments as the Board may, from time to time, decide.

The Bank may, with the prior written approval of the Minister, invest outside Malaysia.
