Section 32

The Government may, upon the recommendations of the

Yang di-Pertua Negeri, make advances to the Authority, either by way of grant or by way of loan, or partly in one way and partly in the other, and upon such terms and subject to such conditions as the

Government may think fit for the purpose of assisting the Authority to perform any function which it is empowered to perform by virtue of this Ordinance.
