Section 33
Except for the purpose of this Ordinance or of any criminal proceedings under this Ordinance, no member, officer or servant of the Authority shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which has not been published pursuant to this Ordinance.
(2)
Any person contravening subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, imprisonment for six months or a fine of one thousand ringgit.
