Section 6
(1)
The Minister may give to the Commissioner such directions, consistent with the provisions of this Enactment, relating to the performance of his functions, and the Commissioner shall comply with such directions.
(2)
The Commissioner shall furnish to the Minister such reports, returns, accounts and information relating to the performance of his functions as the
Minister may require.
