Section 4
(1)
The Minister may appoint, from amongst the members of State public service, a Commissioner of Building Management and a Deputy
Commissioner of Building Management.
(2)
There shall be such number of Assistant Commissioners of Building
Management and other officers, from amongst the members of State public service, as may be necessary or expedient to assist the Commissioner in the performance of his functions or in the exercise of his powers under this Enactment.
